It IS indeed true that learning is a social action, and blogging allows the blog owner and its followers to learn in a community of participants with shared interests and objectives. Good for you, Carina, Carla and the rest of WELLers!Gracielahttp://www.e-dutraining.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5893024292710123184.post-37655416867134474352010-06-26T07:36:29.984-07:002010-06-26T07:36:29.984-07:00Great job, Carina! So, this is your first blog post! ;-)

With your contribution we have turned this space from a tutor blog to a class blog, since participants can publish posts as authors. In this case, as a tutor and blog administrator, I can control design features and settings, but I'd never edit your post for example. In a team blog, each member can puiblish a post but, authors do not edit each other's posts as you would do on a wiki page. Instead the, negotaition of meaning and discussions about the post content continue in the comments thread.

On the other hand, Cecilia has chosen to start her own blog for reflections - a learner blog, right? And we've added her space to our blogroll.

Finally, through tagging (WEELL2, welltalk) we are connecting our distributed conversations on the web.

As you can see, we have alreday built a veriety of blog types to support and enhance our learning process.

Thanks for helping our WELL community grow!Carla Raguseohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07607688161575099317noreply@blogger.com
